Local Candidates Showing Presence

State senate candidates Rodney Hubbard (5th District) and Joan Barry (3rd District) and State Rep candidate Jake Hummel all have a presence at polling places in south St. Louis today.

Hummel's father is working a poll in the 13th Ward.

Don't vote for Hubbard. He's taking money from McKee and lawyers Stone/Leyton/Gershman who helped pin the distressed land use tax. Also he took 30,000 from Rex Sinquenfield a Republican who sponsers charter schools and vouchers. AF how can you have this man as a client? He is selling himself like a $2 whore.

Hubbard had a pretty strong show of support at southside polls. It looks like he is going to have a broad base of support come August. I'm glad to see that he isn't fpcusing only on the northside. Finally, a candidate the entire city can get behind.
