Obama carried the 2nd Congressional District (west St. Louis County) by about 10,000 votes as well. That should offset his narrow loss in St. Charles County and Lincoln County.
And his margin in St. Louis City and St. Louis County should be enough to offset his loss in Jefferson County in the 3rd Congressional district.
So Obama wins the state by carrying the 1st, 2nd,
3rd and 5th (Kansas City) Congressional districts, while Hillary will carry the 5 more rural Congressional districts in the state. Since most of the delegates are apportioned at the Congressional district level, it will be interesting to see how the final delegate breakdown from Missouri goes.
