Missouri supporters of presidential candidate Barack Obama are taking to the streets this weekend, going door-to-door to get out the vote for the Illinois senator. Labels: Obama, Presidential_Primaries
The statewide canvass will be taking place this Saturday, according to Hollie Saunders, one of the organizers. "We will be having volunteers knock on doors in the community to help encourage people to get out and vote on primary day, and talk to voters about why they are supporting Barack for the presidency," said Saunders.
Missourians will have their first chance to vote for the presidential candidate of their choice ofn February 5.

What about the anti-Slay boycott of the city? I can understand the need to GOTV city voters, but don't commercial events like the Ladies Night Out at a downtown bowling alley violate and disrespect the boycott? Shouldn't the Obama campaign be the first to step up and honor the boycott?

Not for a special interest group! The rules are always subject to change when you initiate an action that is designed to only do harm. But yes Oracle, I would have thought if you are boycotting something, you should (duh) boycott
