Rookie Cop Killed Labels: Crime
On August 15, rookie cop Norvelle Brown was killed while patrolling alone on the city's north side. His death and the department's regular practice of sending inexperienced officers fresh out of the academy to patrol the toughest neighborhoods in the city all alone are two of several reasons mentioned for why the Police Officers' Association later voted "no confidence" in the leadership of Police Chief Joe Mokwa.
6 Comments:
20% of the Police union actually voted. Of that 20% a little over half voted no cofidence. The Police union represents about 55% of the whole Police Department.
Check the math, it doesn't look like too much of a no confidence vote.
Nice reporting though. I wonder if the chief were white would you slander him the same way?

I meant "if the chief were not white."
Your hatred and bigotry distracts me from checking my typos some times.

20% is a high voter turnout in this city.

Sad that Antonio can't blame the neighborhood for killing a young and promising officer. He must blame the Police Chief only based on the color of his skin.
Shame on you Mr. French.

Well Anonymous, I guess Antonio's hatred and bigotry must have gotten to you again, because "sometimes" is one word.

Why don't you whiteboys that are hating on Antonio take your hatred to a KKK website, you'd feel more comfortable there!
