Happy birthday and thanks.

I often use your site as a reality check-----sometimes I see things which seem to be significant-----your coverage, or lack of it, can help me accept that my antenna was a little off.

Latest: something bothered me about the testing story which the pd decided was important enough to run on the front page, Monday (yesterday). Probably my imagination.

Thanks, everyone.

Yes, I am indeed 30 years old today and glad for it. Not just because homicide is the leading cause of death for black males between the ages of 18 to 29 (Whew! Just made it!), but because I was really done with my twenties. Been there, done that. Now on to mortgages, marriages, failing knees, and arthritis!
