In Missouri, the governor selects a judge to serve on the Supreme Court from a panel of three candidates submitted by the Appellate Judicial Commission. The Appellate Judicial Commission is made up of the presiding chief justice, three lawyers chosen by the Missouri Bar and three people appointed by governors. Labels: Governor, Supreme_Court
Before they make the cut, the Supreme Court candidates are asked to complete a questionnaire. Governor Matt Blunt's office has posted their responses on the Governor's website. Click here to read them.

Holliger did not have to explain much about his answers.
I don't know if that was good for him, or bad.

I intend to read some more, however, it is easy to see inside the mine set of the republican parties attempt to drive the judges they elect
