PubDef.net caught up with State Senator Rita Days (D-St. Louis County) as she was leaving the Ferrara Theatre in America's Center, where Democratic Presidential candidates Dennis Kucinich, John Edwards, Hillary Clinton, and Barack Obama addressed the National Urban League Conference just moments before. Labels: Interviews
Days said for all the talk from Republican candidates about wanting to reach out to African Americans, their actions speak otherwise.

It seems to me the Republican Party will never make significant inroads into the African-American voter pool if they don't have the guts to at least present what they have to offer.
You can't convince anyone if you don't at least present your argument.
Perhaps they are afraid of alienating a closet racist base?

TELL IT LIKE IT IS, SISTER. THE REPUBLICANS ARE FULL OF SH*T. THEY KICK POOR KIDS OFF HEALTHCARE THEN CUT EDUCATION SPENDING THEN THROW THEM IN JAILS THEN MAKE IT HARDER FOR THEM TO GET JOBS WHEN THEY GET OUT SO THEY GO RIGHT BACK TO JAIL WHILE THEY'RE KIDS GO WITHOUT FATHERS, HEALTHCARE, AND EDUCATION.
AND THEY CALL THEMSELVES CHRISTIANS.
