any eyewitness details of how things went in court?
Who seemed to score---who blundered---the body language of Bourisaw and Purdy looked kind of despairing.

Reportedly, the state kept going on about how SLPS didn't deserve to be accredited, and the judge had to remind them more than once that that was not the issue. That suggests the state argument for takeover didn't have much teeth, or they would have shown them.

I am sure this judge is tired of St. Louis Board of Education. One thing for sure is that we know whose side Bourisaw is on.

The Transition Board is moving forward. The have posted their notice for the meeting tomorrow and will start with Sullivan and his legal team. Bourisaw is giving a report. Who is she working for?

Will Downs run the meeting tomorrow for Sullivan?

the three man board will exist no matter which way the judge rules.
They can meet and advise if they lose, they can meet and rule if they win. (If the state board wins).
