If only they had wi-fi in the waiting areas! BTW, my brother says in Alameda County in California they have a system that calls you the day before to let you know if you are not needed. Citizens can also call in the day of to see if they are not needed so they don't need to waste a trip. This lets people hang out at home or work until they are needed. Smart.
