Odd that a simple majority is all that's needed to amend this state's constitution.
The city charter and national constitution take a super majority to amend.
Well, at least the state is now constitutionally bound to fund stem cell research with tax dollars. What a victory.

Great--St. Louis County voters re-elected a judge who the lawyers gave the worst rating ever--so you Countians can continue to pay a nice salary and lifelong benefits to an incompetent judge who lawyers won't even allow their cases to go in front of, so she's not even getting any work done for you. And I bet when something goes really wrong, a bunch of people write in about how the lawyers should have done something about this judge.
