U.S. Senator Jim Talent today jabbed his Democratic opponent, State Auditor Claire McCaskill, on her upcoming visit by President Bill Clinton -- who his campaign refered to as "Hillary Clinton's husband." Labels: U.S._Senate_Race
In a fundraising email to supporters, Talent said McCaskill has already "embraced the help of John Kerry, Barbara Boxer, John Edwards and her personal 'hero' Howard Dean - but sharing the stage with Bill Clinton shows just how far she'll go to carry the banner for the Washington liberals."
Clinton will be in town Saturday for a $2,100-per-person fundraiser for McCaskill at The Chase Park Plaza and a free Democratic rally at the Pageant on Delmar earlier in the day.

Its simply amazing to see that old Jimmy no-Talent has President Bush visit St. Louis and raise money for him, yet Bill cannot do the same for Claire.
Drop the partisan attacks because they are so old.
Why don't you get some real substance instead of playing the partisan attacks. Sure your base probably hates Clinton, and revealing his aid to Clarie will secure votes for you, but that game is old. Have politicians realized that this tactic will usually fail to create unity? Are they forgetting that the United States requires unity in times of crisis? Partisan attacks will get one elected but will this type of divisive ideology create any real progress? This country, in a time of war and extreme uncertainty needs unity, yet both candidates are preaching partisan fighting in an effort to appeal to the base and some independent voters. This kind of political atmosphere will only further the culture wars and disconnect between liberal and conservative agendas, when in fact the survival of the United States is in both interests. If ever we needed unity it is now.
The United States is facing Civil War in Iraq, transnational fanatical groups plotting the downfall of Western Civilization, genocide in the Darfur, slaps in the face from Pakistan, nuclear ambitions in Iran and the ever-insane North Korean dictator Kim Jong Ill, the erosion of Civil Liberties and International Human Rights Law, increased sprawl and environmental damage, a fuel crisis, historic national disasters, global warming, a global AIDS crisis, urban poverty and crime, growing medical costs, a failing public educational system, and the list continues. I believe the time for partisan attacks has come to an end. The United States needs a consensus when it comes to these vital issues, and it begins with the quest for political office. This is the message the American electorate need to hear. We need unity not partisan fighting. We need the Better New Deal and the Greater Society.

Brian he has no chance at the white house.
He has a ton of cash and he is pretty even with underfunded Clarie.
Doesn't that say something?

Speaking of crooks - does the name Richard Nixon, Bush 1 and "W" ring a bell? Let's check with Halliburton.
