In a letter sent out today, Mayor Francis Slay said the city's three pension funds face large unfunded liabilities which will contribute to a lack of pay raises for most city employees. Labels: Mayor
Slay said he has formed a task force to explore ways to provide long-term security to city employees "within the City's ability to support future costs."
