The Missouri House of Representatives is expected to take up House Bill 1944 today. The bill makes changes to the use of eminent domain in the state. Some supporters of reform say the bill doesn't go far enough. While opponents, including the City of St. Louis and several utility companies, say it goes too far. Labels: Development, State_House
